Today I started my day like this: I woke up, I had a glass of hot water with lemon, I lit some candles and did a vinyasa flow yoga glass (online). After my morning yoga session I made a big glass of green green smoothie (pineapple, lemon, apple, celery, frozen/fresh spinach, kale, spirulina, green powder, water). I also drank my vegan ”bulletproof” coffee (organic coffee, coconut oil, MCT oil, maca and tocotrienols mixed in a blender).

Only after my breakfast I turned my phone and wi-fi back on. I have a bad habit of starting my day by checking my phone, e-mail and Instagram… Now I have decided to put my phone on ”airplane mode” for the night because I would love to start everyday like I started today.

We easily think that we have to be available every moment and many of us (me too) keep our phones close by all the time. But if I check my mail in the morning at first, I always start to think about work and it’s harder to focus on my morning yoga practice. I really recommend a peaceful morning yoga session at first because there is no better way to start the day full of energy.
